Genevieve Balla Obituary

Genevieve Balla, age 93, of Westmont, passed away on March 12, 2008. Mrs. Balla was born on March 25, 1914. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Westmont. She was the owner/ operator of Tasty Foods Delicatessen from which she retired and closed. Mrs. Balla is survived by her daughters, Patricia (Donald) Smith of Wheaton and Mary Collins of Downers Grove; 4 grandchildren, Steven Smith, Carol Chambers, Leslie Padilla, and Kathy Engel; nine great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob & Mary Baron; husband, Steven; sisters, Dorothy Chatton and Marie Leeberg. Mass, Friday March 14, 11 a.m. Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 111 S.
