Fred Fiorelli, age 86, and Lifelong area resident of Downers Grove and Westmont.
Beloved husband of Anya Fiorelli. Loving father of Fred (Madonna) Fiorelli. Dear Brother of Mary Mendyk, and Rose Pacholski. Dear grandfather of Philip Johanson, Sara Fiorelli, and Fred T. Fiorelli. And great-grandfather of Abbi Johanson, and several nieces and nephews. Loving son of the late Fred and the late Julia Fiorelli
Fred was a devoted member of the Elmhurst Travelers Semi-Professional Football Team.
Memorial Visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 26, 2014, with a 2 p.m. Service at Toon Funeral Home, 4920 Main Street, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Private burial at Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien, IL.
Memorial Donations to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Fiorelli's passing. He gave us kids on Aubrey Terrace a lot of fun by letting us climb on his truck when he came home from work. My sympathy to Mrs. Fiorelli and Fred and the rest of the family. He was a great man.
