Frank was a very nice guy, intelligent and knowledgeable at work. We worked in several projects at Dugway in 1885--1995. Wish he were still with us!! Rest in peace!

I was very sorry to hear about Frank's passing. I worked with him at Dugway in the mid-80s and remember how detail oriented he was in everything he did. Frank and his family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
