MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO THE ENTIRE SMITH FAMILY. MY FONDEST MEMORIES OF GRANDMA FRAN SMITH WERE AT THE MANY FAMILY GATHERINGS. SHE WAS SUCH A SPECIAL PERSON WITH SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE AND A HEART OF GOLD. MY THOUGHTS ARE WITH THE SMITH FAMILY. ESPECIALLY MY COUSINS KATHY, RICK, BRIAN , MAURA AND AUNT BAB'S AND UNCLE RICK. MAY GRANDMA FRAN REST IN PEACE. MY LOVE TO ALL, CARRIE HANRAHAN-JACOBSEN.

We will really miss Fran. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed our front porch discussions. If one was feeling down, Fran's comments were the best medicine one could have. Our son, Matt, stated this when I told him about Fran's passing; "I'll miss our conversations and her tolerant spirit." Much love to the whole family.
