Eugene Koenig Obituary

Eugene Jack Koenig, 83, a longtime resident of Downers Grove, passed away July 5, 2012 at his home. Eugene was born July 1, 1929 in Chicago. Beloved husband of 54 years to Lorette; loving father of Nancy, Kimberley and the late David Koenig; beloved son of the late Betty and John; dear brother of Joan (the late Bob) Bradshaw; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Ave., Lisle. For additional information, please contact Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, (630) 293-5200.

I remember the times all us cousins would meet at my house....not often enough. I don't want to lose touch with my family. Gene you will be missed. I hope the rest of you will stay near. God bless you.
