I'm so happy I had the opportunity to know Esther for so many years. She was the mother of my dear friend, Caroline, who left us too soon. Esther, Patricia and I enjoyed reminiscing about the fun times we spent with Caroline. I cherish my memories of visits to see Esther in Glenn, while traveling to and from Grand Rapids. In recent years, I came to know what a great and strong lady she was. I know she will be missed by many. My condolences to Patricia and the many other family members she leaves behind.
