ELOISE KEELER Obituary

Keeler, Eloise F., age 86, of Montgomery, departed on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Irving and Ovie Fralick; her brother, Russell Fralick; nephews, Larry (Anna), Kevin and Eric Fralick and a niece, Janet Heit. She is survived by her husband, James Keeler and two sons, Lee (Debbie) and Don (Nancy) Keeler; grandchildren, Leanne Keithahn, Stacy Ward, James Keeler and Dawn Renee Peters; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Eloise helped organize the Montgomery Kindergarten Association and served as a teacher and principal for over 25 years. She loved all wildlife, and after retirement served as a volunteer at the Montgomery Zoo and helped with rescued animals. Eloise also loved travelling North and Central America. Visitation will be held at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home on Saturday, January 26, 2013 from 4 - 6 p.m. Funeral services will be in the Chapel of Alabama Heritage Funeral Home on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to the Montgomery Zoo.
