Ellen was a dear friend whom I met while working at WGPC during college and vet school. She was always down to earth, caring, witty and funny. There were many "Ellenisms" over the years which still crack me up!! She was one of a kind and can never be repaced. She left behind a huge void which we will all feel forever. Raymond, Kevin, Michelle, Becca, Shannon, Kyle and Morgan were truely her pride and joy. Her WillowGrove family will love her forever and miss her dearly.

My memories of Ellen Hamilton are clear and warm despite the passage of time since being neighbors in Western Springs. How is it that some people leave such a mark on others?
I hope Ellen's family and friends find much comfort in their own loving memories of her. My best to you all.

I am so sorry to hear about Ellen. I knew her from Willowgrove, 1st because I worked at Hinsdale Humane Society, and then as a client. She will be missed.
