It didn't take you long to fall in love with Betsy, a beautiful person that God shared with us. I didn't know her a long time but you only had to be around her for a short period of time to know the kind and loving person she was. Very talented on the guitar and a friend to my sister till the end. I am honored to have met her and spend the small amount of time during her visit to the Mountains of North Carolina. She is missed.

This is May of 2013 and I just heard of Betsy's passing. We became friends 20 years ago and too much time had passed since we got together. My heart is heavy for this loss. My prayers are with the family.

My heart is heavy as I say goodbye to my dear, sweet friend, Betsy. Something will be missing in my life forever. We will meet again. My condolences to Ron, Cathy, Sandy, Sara and family. She loved you all so much.
