Elaine Allen Obituary
She is survived by her son, Michael J. Allen; her daughter, Kathleen (Mark) Byrne; granddaughters, Alyssa and Jenna; brothers, Matthew D. Hussey Jr. and Timothy Hussey; sisters, Patricia Hasbrouck and Michelle Straley; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Allen.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 21, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Dobies Funeral Home, Hudson Chapel (727) 868-4441. A Mass will follow at noon at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Hudson, Fla.

Dear Kathy and Michael,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. All of the "Allens" hold a special place in my childhood memories. Washington Place, Candy and Sam, Old Orchard Beach, kickball, capture the flag, and the beach. Your mom was always there to help Stephen, Rise, and I while our mom was working. Elaine was caring and kind and I will always remember those gifts. May God Bless both of you and your families. My prayers are with you both.

Dear Kathy and Mike and other family members. Our family memories as neighbors in Set Point and the fun times we shared will always be special. Your Mom was a great influence on many people's lives. I regret that I will be headed back up North on Tuesday but my thoughts and prayers are with your Mom and all of you. I am so happy that your Mom and I got to reconnect through your efforts Kathy.
