Edward J. Wonsowski, born March 8, 1922 in Cicero, resident of Downers Grove, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2010. He was an inspiration, a role model, and a hero to those who were fortunate to have known him. His quick wit and sense of humor brought much joy to all of us. We love you Dad and we will always hold memories of you in our hearts. Beloved husband of the late Marcella nee Nelson. Loving father of Edward (Audi) Wonsowski, Gary (Pat) Wonsowski, Craig (Chris) Wonsowski. Proud grandfather of 6. Great grandfather of 2. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Family and friends to gather Thurs. Dec. 30th for memorial visitation 3PM until time of service 7PM at Toon Funeral Home, 4920 Main St., Downers Grove.
