Ed C. Snyder, 67, of Elmhurst, formerly of Burbank. He was born on February 24, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on February 5, 2011 in Elmhurst, Illinois. Beloved husband of Alicia; fond father of Rebecca (Jason) Amarteifio; dear son of the late Edith and Shorty Snyder; brother of Rick (Peggy) and Don; uncle of Scott and Tom (Ellen). He was a proud member of the Elmhurst Men's Garden Club, Elmhurst Lions Club and I.R.T.A. Visitation at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 9. Prayers, Thursday, February 10 at 9:00 A.M. going to Immaculate Conception Church Mass at 9:30 A.M. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials will be appreciated for the Leader Dogs for the Blind, 1039 S. Rochester Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48307, Alzheimer's Association, 8430 W.
