Doris Rush Obituary
Doris M. Rush of Circleville, died February 19, 2010 at the age of 76.
Born August 10, 1933 in the Bronx, a daughter of Zigmund and Gladis (Briggs) Jakubowski, Doris lived in Sloatsburg from 1963 to 2005.
She was a member of the Wurtsboro Seniors and a volunteer at the Valley View Nursing and Rehab. Home in Goshen.
Doris was the loving mother of Elizabeth Rush-Frank and her husband, Jason, Judy Rush and her husband, Mark Wanner, and James Rush; cherished grandmother of Jessica Frank; devoted sister of Muriel Krase and her husband, John. Doris was predeceased by her brothers, Robert and George Jakubowski and her sister, Elizabeth Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 22, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, Route 59, Suffern.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 23, at St. Joan of Arc Church in Sloatsburg, followed by interment at Airmont Lutheran Cemetery.
