Dear Ross Family, My deepest sympathy and prayers goes to all of you in the Ross Family. It was a pleasure to know your father and meeting him in Scott's golf outing, cards games, family outings, and several other functions. I am sorry that I could not attend your services since I was in St. Petersburg and came home on June 5 only to leave again on June 7.

Mr Ross was a very good sport. At Scott's pre-wedding golf outing, knowing my golfing skill level, he let me kick my drive away from behind a tree and did not charge me a penalty stroke. He always had a good sense of humor and it was an honor to have known him.

I want to send my deapest regrets for the loss of your father. I lost my father many years ago and still miss him to this day. Sean, Scott and the rest of your family and company, I'm sure will miss him dearly. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting him, if Packsmart represents the type of man he was, then I certainly missed meeting a great person!
Once again, I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Sean and the Ross Family,
I remember meeting Don at a company open house a few years ago. He and I talked about business and our families. He asked me how I got in the tape business, I told him that my Dad and Grandfather had both been in the tape business. He was very interested and asked me several questions. He told me about how he started in the packaging business and we had a very nice conversation. I really enjoyed talking to him and even though I didnt know him personally and he didnt know me he was very approachable, friendly and down to earth. I am glad that I had the opportunity that day to spend some time talking with him. I am very sorry for your loss and I offer my condolences.
