Donald Darrow Obituary

Donald Darrow, 86, passed away February 17, 2012. Donald lived an exceptional life that began on June 26, 1925 and ended February 17, 2012 in Mukilteo, WA. He became a Naval Aviator in 1946. He retired as a Commander in the Naval Reserves. He spent 35 years as pilot with American Airlines. He stayed active in retirement flying his Bonanza B-36TC out of Paine field WA. In addition to his passion for flying, Don was an avid sailor, golfer and rarely lost at bridge. Don is survived by his wife Kathryn Hach Darrow; three sons; Douglas (Ruth), Mark (Karen) and Todd (Rachael) and their mother, Lorraine Darrow, as well as 6 grandchildren. There will be an informal service at the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent WA. On Friday, March 16th at 1415 hrs (2:15pm).
