Denise Marie Barta, of Indian Head Park, formerly of Stickney, passed away. Beloved wife of George Joseph; loving mother of Kenneth Allen (Erica) and Steven Michael; devoted grandmother of Jacob Cole and Zachary Allen; dear sister of the late Michael William (Donna) Weber; fond aunt of Renee Marski, Jeanette Miller, Michael Weber Jr. and Wendy O'Brien; dear great-aunt of Olivia and Sydney Miller, Trenton Marski, Fallyn O'Brien and William Weber; fond daughter of the late Arthur and the late Marylee Weber; dear daughter-in-law of Mildred and the late Frank Barta. Visitation 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday. Private Inurnment at Mt. Auburn Memorial Park, Stickney. In lieu of flowers, memorials to The American Heart Assn., or The American Cancer Society appreciated.
