Born January 3, 1951, daughter of the late Frank and Grace Ross. Graduated Immaculate Conception High School class of 1969. Attended Northern Illinois University. Married Herbert F. Klotter June 10, 1973. Survivors include her loving husband, Herb of Fish Creek, WI; daughter, Denise (Patrick) Grabowski of La Crosse, WI; granddaughters, Brynn and Isla; siblings, Terrence (Kathleen) Ross of Hinckley, IL, Peggy (Gregory) Hurdle of Lombard, IL, Bonita (Charles) Smrz of Fish Creek, Bryan (fianc?, Sheila) Ross of Schiller Park, IL; brother-in-law, Robert (Gloria) Klotter of Luxemburg; sister-in-law, Marie (Anthony) Cuzzone of Elmhurst, IL; she was a loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her sister, Jean Ann "Jeannie". The Debbie Klotter Memorial Fund at Bay Lake Bank in Fish Creek, 9405 State Highway 42, Fish Creek, WI 54212 has been established.
