My Dearest Friend,
I know we had been out of touch. A phone call here, there catching up on our lives. While I was at East, you filled my days with good banter and laughter! I loved having you down the hall from me. You listened to me as I was going through my trials at East. For that, I will always be grateful.
Cloe, I am so absolutely saddened to have found out today of the loss of a good soul, a kind loving person who was filled with such a positive outlook on life, laughter and standing up for what was right.
You loved you family very much. They were the most important people in your life.
Okay, my dear friend. May you be with the angels in Heaven.

Cloe was always a voice of good common sense applied to every situation in the classroom and as a dean. She always was true to her values and principles and inspired the rest of us. I was always in awe of her and will miss her smile, courage, and warm hearted ness. Donna Andree

Chloe was such a delightful person. She was my support at PMSA. She was firm, but fair. She was an inspiration to faculty and students alike. It was an honor to have known and worked with her.

Dr Frankewicz (Chloe) had a significant positive impact on the children and staff of District 209. Her focus, energy, intelligence, and giant-size heart ensured greater achievement from both students and her colleagues. My math classroom was adjacent to Chloe's at Proviso West High School and we enjoyed an informal competition to discover new ways to improve student math performance each day. Her innovations in the classroom had one purpose, to help each student reach their potential. As a school administrator her work was still student focused, while she also invested in her faculty and staff to ensure their personal growth. No challenge intimidated this very capable leader. Chloe approached teaching and leading like she lead her life. Her faith, personal integrity, courage, honesty, sense of humor and humility inspired those around her. I'm among many who would say, "I was a better teacher, leader and person, because I worked with Dr. Frankewicz.District 209 Superintendent (Retired)Bob Libka

Cloe was a friend and role model to students and teachers alike at PMSA. She had a strong presence as a leader and no one could ever forget her energy and sense of humor. In the past year, I would run into her at Loyola Fitness Center. She was still so full of life. She will be greatly missed!I'm sure most of all by her family. I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers.Mary Scherer-Emunds
