I treasure the years with Lowell and Jeanie as pastors, and then as life long friends. They were responsible for grounding me in Christian faith and I will be eternally grateful. I'm so looking forward to a reunion with them both in heaven.

Uncle Lowell was a role model whom we loved and for whom we had tremendous respect. We love you Aunt Jeannie and you have been in many fond conversations of memories of late. Our memories of Dale and Bruce from childhood into adult life, children, and now grandchildren are filled with love and some awe at their abilities. Much love to you all and your families.

Although I was not close to my great uncle Lowell, I loved him dearly and had fond memories of him. I love you Aunt Jeannie and think of you often.

I came to know the Lord under the ministry of Lowell and Jean Shreve. They were the most influential force in my life in bringing me to Christ and teaching me as a teenager to be faithful to Him the rest of my life. We will not know this side of heaven all who were blessed by Lowell's faithfulness to God. He was a man who demonstrated the love of God in all he did.

Lowell and Jean were such good neighbors to my mother. She loved both of you and enjoyed your friendship. Lowell was such a gentle Christian gentleman with a major influence on others. Jean, may our Lord bless you in the coming weeks and months with His Grace and Peace.
