This picture was taken in May 2007 at the last home game of son Steve's baseball career. It is of the fathers of the seniors. I cannot believe the man on the right side is gone. Words cannot express my grief at this time and my sympathy for the family. I didn't see this in the paper until Thursday and am sick that I didn't know until then, so missed the visitation, funeral and all. I will be calling!!!

We are so sorry to hear of your loss, Chuck was on the Pee Wee Football Board as was myself. He was a very kind and generous with his help to make the sports for the kids of Enon an experience and he will be missed by all of those who had the chance to meet and be around him. Will keep you and your family in our hearts and prayers.

We sure had some good times watching our boys play baseball and football! Chucks passion for his family was always evident. I can't recall a single event that he missed. I count myself fortunate for having known him.

I first met Chuck in 1996 or so when we teamed up to coach our boys. He knew baseball better than most folks and was so willing to share that knowledge, too. I loved making the man laugh and count myself fortunate to have been his friend. He surely loved his family and was so proud of each of them. Man,I miss him!

Jackson Family,
Chuck was very passionate about his family and his love of sports. I will always remember the time that Chuck and I served on the Enon Pee Wee football board, he always worked hard to make sure the kids had the best there was. You could always see his face light up when his children where around and he loved watching them play there sports. He was truly a kind man who will be missed by those who had the chance to call him a friend.
