Cesar O. Gomez, age 43, of West Chicago, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016.
He was born on April 29, 1973 in Hidalgo, TX to Cecilia and Enrique Gomez. Cesar was a graduate of West Chicago Community High School. He was a manager for many years at Jewel/Osco in West Chicago.
Cesar is survived by his father, Enrique Gomez; brothers, Raul, David, Gerardo, Jesus and Rene; sisters, Silvia (David) Castillo and Nora Gomez; nieces and nephews, David, Cassie, Jade, Yesenia, Neenah, Austin and Gabriel; 3 grandnieces; and other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Cecilia; brother, Fernando and sister Azucena.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at Norris- Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 132 Fremont St. (one block north of Washington St. and Main) West Chicago. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January3, 2017 at St. Mary's Church, 164 N. Oakwood, West Chicago at 12 p.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery.
