Cathy Boatright Obituary
06/19/1951 – 09/26/2008
Cathy Sue Boatright passed away after fighting a 4 year battle of breast cancer. She was 57 years young when she died peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. Cathy was a resident of Auburn since 1991 and worked as an accountant at NCG Insurance.
Cathy is survived by her husband, Dennis; children, Elizabeth and Mike; grandchildren, Lilly, Jack and Alex; father, Ken Blackmore; sister, Debbie Barton; and brother, Kenny Blackmore.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 from 4-7 p.m. with a funeral service on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 10 a.m. All services will be held at Chapel of the Hills in Auburn. In Lieu of flowers, please donate to the Breast Cancer Society in her name. One light less on earth, another to guide us from heaven.

Cathy was an absolutely wonderful human being. I'll always remember when I worked with her how she always made time to chat, and was so willing to do what ever it took to help others without any hesitation. My heart goes out to her Husband and family, whom she loved very much. My thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time, but knowing Cathy is in a Heavenly place now, has to leave you at peace. She will be missed.....
