Bruno Cantarella Obituary

Bruno Cantarella, age 61, of Glen Ellyn, passed away on April 24, 2008, from a long illness. Mr. Cantarella was born on February 25, 1947 in Turin, Italy. He was employed by the Fiat company for many years and he became a United Sates Citizen in March, 2007. He loved gardening and cooking. He enjoyed growing his vegetables and herbs for his delicious Italian dinners. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlo and Clementina Cantarella, of Turin. He is survived by his wife Amy Cantarella (nee Sproch); daughter, Alessia Anna Cantarella of Turin; and 2 step-children, Danielle and Joshua Sproch. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in Italy. A memorial service was held at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 680 S. Park Blvd., in Glen Ellyn at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 29. His final resting place will be in Sesame, Italy.
