Dear Don and family,
My deepest sympathy go out to all of you. Bonnie was a very special person. When I was in high school, I used to cut through the Shee backyard en route to my destination of South High School. If there was one school day when she didn't see the whites of my eyes pass through the yard, she would call mom to make sure everything was okay. That's the person I will always remember Bonnie as... friendly, caring, and always thinking of others. She will be missed by all of those whose lives she's touched.

Dear Don and Charlotte,
As my son Steve said, "She was a great lady". She loved her garden. She gave my husband a jar of butterfly chrysalises when he was ill and we watched the butterflies hatch out on our flowers. She was so incredible during her illness, fighting it to the end of her strength. She was inspirational.
Love, Zoe

Dear Don and Charlotte,
Our dear Bonnie is finally at peace and out of pain and for that I am grateful. She was such a special person and as deep as they come. Whenever I asked how she was doing, she always turned the question around to how I was doing. She maintained that care and concern even when she was in the hospital. I will miss her terribly. I am so sorry for your family, but so happy for Bonnie.
I'll see you on Saturday.
Much love,
Susie Purser

Dear Mr. Shee and Charlotte, I wanted to send my deepest sympathy on the death of your Mom. It has been MANY years since I last saw her, as she was my kindergarten teacher in 1962 at Fullerton School, in Addison. I have only the fondest memories of her, even after all these years. I remember going to Germany during my kindergarten school year for 3 months with my Mom. When I returned to class, I spoke German better than English and Mrs. Shee told my Mom how quiet I was for the first few days upon returning. I knew that you had lived in Downers Grove and saw Bonnie once at Oakbrook many years ago. My parents also moved to Downers Grove from Addison when I was 12. They still live there and I, her pupil live in Lisle. It is a small world and I am glad to have had Mrs. Shee as my kindergarten teacher. My deepest sympathies to you.
