Betty B. Altman (nee Ribnicek), 80, of West Chicago passed away. Loving wife of the late Adolph J. Altman; dear mother of Terrence J. (Jennifer), Gary A., the late David (Anna), and the late Ricky Altman; grandmother of Kristianna Farley, Renee (Scott) Stern, Allison Altman, and baby to be; great-grandmother of Brennah and Kyleigh Farley, and Zoe and Elijah Stern. Visitation Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. at Williams-Woodward Funeral Home 820 Pine St. (corner of Rt. 59 and Pine St.) West Chicago. Funeral service Saturday 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
