I´m grateful to Jesus Christ for the brief time I was a member at 1st Baptist Church in Downers Grove and became friends with Betty. I still have a book she blessed me with that her father wrote. It´s literally timeless and a valuable resource that I often refer to. I´m in prayer for the children and grandchildren of Betty Powell and hope they are doing well walking with the Lord as Betty taught them.
