Dear Ms,Lucille
Im sorry to hear about Archie. Archie was my favorite old guy he always liked to joke around with me and the other waitress in the resteraunt when guys came in to eat at Kristian's and Red Apple. But the last 2 years were hard for Archie to come up to your house in Green Lake.I missed you too so much, i hope you Miss Lucille will come up this summer so i can see you.I hope i will be seeing you some time Archie.

Dear Lucille,
My sincere condolences at this time of loss.
I am a former Jefferson Parker and remember Archie fondly from John V. May's and from the Congregational Church, where Archie and I were both Deacons.
He was a friend from long ago and will be missed.
