Anne Henning Obituary

Anne Henning nee Plesha, 91, a life long resident of McCook passed away April 7th at home under hospice. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 10, 2008 from 4-8pm at Tower Home For Funerals, 4007 Joliet Ave., Lyons. Prayers Friday, April 11th 9am at the Funeral home until time of Mass, 9:30am at St. Hugh Church , 4315 S. Joliet Ave., Lyons. Interment Resurrection Cemetery in Justice. Anne was a homemaker, hostess, dental assistant and a part-time Physical Therapist at the Richport YMCA, before retiring. She liked to bowl on a league and Bunko parties. Anne was a former member of the McCook Fireman Ladies Auxiliary and Society Catholic Women (S.C.W.). She is survived by 2 daughters, Barbara (Patrick) Russell and Lois Pavlik; Grandchildren, Lora (Mark) Bonacic, P. Scott (Michele), Kevin (Kathleen) Russell, Kelly Pavlik and Tracy Pavlik; Great-grandchildren, Louis & Taryn Bonacic and Steven and Nicole Russell. She was preceded in death by her late husband, George Henning, 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Memorials may be sent to St. Hugh Major Repairs Fund, 4315 S. Joliet Ave., Lyons, IL.
