Angeline "Angie" F. Evangelista, age 86, born April 18th 1931 and passed away on April 20, 2017.
Wife of the late William Jr.; mother of Margaret (Arv) Grybauskas, William III, Mark (Suzanne), Mary (David) Baker, Beth (Andrew) Dauksas and Matthew (Michele), grandmother of Christopher (Lily), Anne, Peter (Marie) Grybauskas, Nicole (Jeremy) Nowman, Levi Evangelista, Whitney (Joshua) McFadden, Anastasia Evangelista, Kyle (Ale), Logan, Mark, Paige and Buddy Evangelista, David Baker, Madeline (Conor) Gillen, Alexandria and Andrew Dauksas, Luke and Andrew Evangelista. Great-grandmother of 10. Sister of Marie (Stephen) Auerbach.
Angie was a wonderful homemaker; she loved to bake and cook for her family. She was an active viewer/donor to the Catholic TV network EWTN and Mother Angelica.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Archdiocese of Joliet (www.dioceseofjoliet.org), Mercy Home for Boys and Girls (www.mercyhome.org) and/or The Marianists Mission (marianistmission.marianist.com)
Visitation will be Sunday, April 23rd from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at Leonard Memorial Funeral Home 565 Duane St (630-469-0032). Glen Ellyn. Funeral Mass Monday, 10:00 AM at St. Petronille Church, 420 Glenwood Ave. Glen Ellyn. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
