GOMEZ, AMELIA Amelia Gomez, 47, of Chula Vista, Calif. died March 28, 2003, at her residence. She was a cafeteria assistant at Castle Park Middle school, a member of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship and the YMCA Kingship Program. She is survived by her husband Roberto Gomez, of Chula Vista, her son Darrell Roberts Jr. of Chula Vista, her daughter Rachel Roberts of San Diego, her grandchildren: Eddie Roberts of Chula Vista, Isaak Whitehall of San Ysidro, and Ismael Vaughn of San Ysidro. A Funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m., April 2, 2003, at the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship, located at 630 Corte Maria Ave., Chula Vista, Calif. Visitation will be held April 2, 2003, from 11 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Humphrey Mortuary, located in Chula Vista. The Graveside service will take place at Glen Abbey at 1:30 p.m. April 2, 2003. Pastor Sam Mascereno will officiate the services. Humphrey Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
