Dear Higgins Cousins & Aunt Steve: We send our condolences on the loss of wonderful Uncle Bud. It is a sad time for the whole family. There are so many good memories to treasure. With his Higgins gift of gab, he would get to know everyone in a community within no time! His happy upbeat presence will be missed. Our hearts go out to you in this time of grieving. Dear Aunt Steve, Amy, Cynthia, Janice and Cathy, We were saddened to read Uncle Bud's obituary in The Chicago Tribune today. Uncle Bud has been a constant during my entire life so far, and I will miss him. It comforts me to know he is with my Dad, whom we have missed for many years now.
