My prayers are with Nancys family. I got to know her on FB as I had her mother in law as a teacher in Dublin Elementary school in the 1960s. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing.

I worked alongside Nancy for many years at Franklin Insurance and developed a wonderful and quirky friendship with her, as she reminded me of my favorite great-aunt. I will miss her laugh and wry sense of humor... Franklin is a bit dimmer now that her light is gone, but I know Norb is happy to be reunited with his beloved Nancy again.

I met Nancy at Ball State when we became roommates and sorority sisters, then we moved to Indianapolis, lived together and both worked at Eli Lilly & Company. We continued our close friendship with our husbands also becoming good friends. When my husband and I started going to Anna Maria Island in Florida, we stopped at the Cracker Barrel in Franklin for many years to have breakfast with Nancy and Norbert. Nancy was a genuinely caring and loving person that I was so fortunate to know and love. The tears I shared were for me because I shall miss her, but I know that she is at peace and in heaven. With sincere sympathy to her wonderful family and whenever she spoke of them, she absolutely shined with love for each and every one of you.

Condolences to Julie and Mia. I did not know your mother well, but my memories are of a gracious and capable person.
