Patricia A. Lewis
Patricia A. Lewis, 93, passed away at Willow Falls Dial Senior Living in Crest Hill, Illinois, on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
Mrs. Lewis is survived by her sons, Gregory, William and Mark (wife Damian) and in-law Diane Lewis. She was the grandmother of Jason, Ryan and Katelyn Lewis.
Patricia attended Oak Park River Forest High School, Florida Southern and Lake Forest College.
She married her loving husband in 1950. In the late 1960's she furthered her Education and became a nurse at West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park. In the early 1980's she retired from nursing and moved to Oak Brook and then to Parrish, Florida.
She loved to play cards and traveling the world with her husband.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Lewis; her brother, Dr. Steven Austin; and her sister, Betty Bergman.
The family thanks the loving and dedicated staff at Willow Falls Retirement Community in Crest Hill, Illinois and Lightways Hospice serving the Joliet community.
Private family services will be held in Joliet, Illinois with burial at Mount Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Patricia Lewis, to Lightways Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431.

I will always remember Pat and Jerry visiting in Green Bay and witnessing their loud and raucous bridge games. Pat´s endearing smile matched my mom´s startling laugh. Love to Bill and Greg.
