William (Bill) Manley, Jr. of Summerville, GA passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
He was born in Fort Oglethorpe, GA, to the late Frank and Alice Manley.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Frank and Alice Manley; Sisters,
Joann Gann and Patsy Carpenter; and brother, Jim Manley.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Manley; daughter, Victoria (Steve) Foster;
granddaughter, Briana Foster (Zeke Goins) and great grandson, Waylon Goins; brother,
Eddie (Cindy) Manley; several beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins; and friends.
