Verdell Liles Obituary

Verdell Liles, age 68, of Camden, TN passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at his residence. Verdell was born July 20, 1957, in Bloomington, Indiana to the late Carnell Liles & Venie Hollingsworth Liles. He was a deacon and member of Faith General Baptist Church. He retired with 26 years at Camden Casting Center Inc. and 20 years with Lowe's Home Improvement. Verdell was an avid lover of the outdoors with great joy in hunting, fishing, and watching his grandkids play sports, but most importantly, he put God and his family first. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Norma Whitaker and niece, Christi Liles.

Visitation with the family will be Monday, February 2, 2026, from 1:00-5:00 PM and continue Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 9:00-11:00 AM at Oakdale Funeral Home in Camden, TN.
