Doris Vandine Obituary

Doris Marie Vandine, a longtime resident of Penndel, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, January 18, 2026, she was 89 years old. Born to the late Harry and Ida Mae (nee Bilger) Smith at home on March 31, 1936, Doris worked for many years at the Brick Hotel as a Housekeeper. She enjoyed watching Baseball, especially her Philadelphia Phillies and her sweets. One of her greatest joys in life was the opportunity to babysit her grandchildren when they were younger. Ever the homebody, Doris enjoyed entertaining at her home. She was affectionately known as "Mom" to all who walked through her doors.

She will be deeply and truly missed by her children Rich Vandine and his wife Sue, and Lisa Vandine. Along with her beloved grandchildren Susan, Andrew, and Richie; and her great-grandchildren Daniel and Zayne.

Services for Doris will be private. Memorial Contributions in her name may be sent to Redeemer Lutheran Church 246 Hulmeville Ave., Langhorne, PA 19047.
