Sharon Lewis Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ozark Funeral Homes - Anderson on Jan. 27, 2026.
Sharon Rose Lewis, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, left this world on January 23, 2026, at the age of 82, in Rogers, Arkansas. Born on September 2, 1943, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to Clayton Elmer and Ethel Marie (Curless) Fry, Sharon's life was a tapestry of love, dedication, and service.

Sharon's early years in Hutchinson were filled with the laughter and camaraderie of a large and lively family. Though she was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Wanda Grimm, Clayton Fry, Dennis Fry, Claude Fry, and brother-in-law Steve Wilcock, as well as her daughter Sharri Cosper, son-in-law Carl Cosper, Jr., and ex-husband Tommy Joe Lewis, her spirit was nurtured by those who surrounded her with love and support.

Her journey through life took her to Pineville, Missouri, where she dedicated 25 years of service to Cobb Vantress, a role that showcased her work ethic and commitment to her community.

Outside of work, Sharon's passions were simple yet deeply fulfilling. She found joy in the excitement of the casino and the camaraderie of her bingo games, activities that allowed her to connect with friends and share in the thrill of the game. Sharon's infectious laugh and kind heart made her a beloved figure in these circles, and her presence brought warmth to every gathering.

Sharon's legacy is carried on by her loving family. She is survived by her children, William "Billy" Lewis, Tina Long (Matt), Angela Beaudry (Timothy), Shawn Lewis, and Julie Lewis. Her siblings, Debbie Willcock and Rodger Fry, also continue to cherish her memory, as do her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, whose lives she touched with her boundless love and support. Sharon's loyal dog, Pee Wee, also remains a testament to her nurturing and affectionate nature.

Sharon Rose Lewis will be deeply missed, but the beauty of her life's journey will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. A Celebration of Sharon's Life will be held at a later date.
