Randy Graham Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel - Monrovia on Jan. 29, 2026.
Randall Lee "Randy" Graham, 61, of Mooresville, unexpectedly left this world on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, while at home. He was born on June 17, 1964, in Indianapolis, to the late Donald Lee Graham and Shirley Rose (Miller) Graham, who survives.

A dedicated parts specialist, Randy worked for Palmer Trucks - Kenworth of Indianapolis for over 25 years. He was known for his strong work ethic, knowledge of his craft, and his willingness to help anyone. In 2001, he received the George Cummings Dedicated Service Award.

Randy graduated from Cascade High School in 1982. Shortly after, he spent a few years living in Florida before returning home to Indiana. On April Fool's Day in 1995, Randy married the love of his life, Jane (Saucerman); they were blessed to share in raising their son, Evan. Randy was immensely proud of the life and family they built together.

Randy was a "piddler" at heart. He fearlessly took on multiple projects involving mechanics and automotive repairs, though he was occasionally guilty of leaving them unfinished. He was a "sporty" outdoorsman who found solace in the simple pleasures of nature: fishing, trapping, boating, and traveling to visit various state parks.

A kid at heart and no stranger to a good time, Randy was known to crank up the stereo to jam out to classic rock. He was a dedicated fan of NASCAR and Indiana sports teams. While Halloween was his favorite holiday, his family fondly remembers the care he took in decking the halls for Christmas in years past. Randy held his nieces and nephews dear to his heart and valued the close-knit bond of his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Don Graham; sister, Pamela Blaschke; nephews, Jonathan Gibbs and T. Mark Jeffries; parents-in-law, Violet and Jerry Saucerman; and brother-in-law, Jerry Ronald Saucerman.

Survivors include his wife, Jane (Saucerman) Graham of Mooresville; son, Evan Graham of Indianapolis; mother, Shirley (Miller) Graham of Plainfield; niece, Danielle Kinnett (Terry) of Franklin; along with the Saucerman bunch of siblings-in-law, several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel in Monrovia. The Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at 5:00 pm, and Pastor Steve Ranson will officiate. A graveside service and burial will take place at 1:00 pm, on Monday, February 2, 2026, in the Saucerman Family Plots at Shumaker Cemetery in Eminence.

In honor of Randy's lifelong passion for nature, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made online to the Indiana Natural Resources Foundation at https://www.indiananrf.org/one-time-gift-form-designated/. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home during services. To share a favorite story, send the family an online condolence, or light a candle in his memory, please visit www.lightmemorial.com
