Maverick Carey Obituary
A special service will take place at Hillvue Heights Church on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 3:30pm. Visitation will begin at 3:00pm. Burial will take place on Sunday on the family farm.
Maverick is survived by his loving parents, James and Kaitlyn Carey and his four siblings, Mary Elouise "Ellie" Carey, Ava Jaymes Carey, Hollyn Diana Carey, and Parker David Carey. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Mike and Carly Carey and maternal grandparents, Eric and Julie Haley.
Maverick is preceded in death by two cousins, Salem Micah Babb and Shiloh Promise Babb. His maternal great-grandfather, Barry Miller Smith and his paternal great-great-grandmother, Mary Louise Parker.
The family has entrusted J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with arrangements.
