Kaydien Chain Putman, 24, of Abilene, TX, formerly of Graham, TX, passed away on January 22, 2026 in Abilene.
Visitation will be from 5:30PM - 7:30PM, Friday January 30, 2026, at The Hamil Family Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday January 31, 2026, at The Hamil Family Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Edwards of Country Road Fellowship Graham, officiating.
Private family burial will follow at Potosi Cemetery. Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene, TX 79606.
Kaydien was born in Lufkin, TX to James and Wendee Davis Putman on October 24, 2001. He attended school in Graham and graduated from Graham High School in 2020. He married Sarah DiRago Putman on November 5, 2022 in San Antonio, TX. He worked as the Lead Night Shift Welder for Petrosmith. He was one of the co-founders of the Unknown Riders of Texas Bike Group. He was awarded 2nd Place at the 2025 Bops & Builds car show in the Sport Bike category.
Kaydien was proceeded in death by his Great Grandparents Jimmy and Judy Putman, Bobby and Melinda Scroggins, and Carmalita Kincy (GG); his Great Uncle Dennis Putman and Great Aunt Kim Cox; his Grandfather Derral 'Gabby' Davis (Gramps); and his Aunt Angela Davis Oliver (Nana).
Kaydien is survived by his wife Sarah DiRago Putman; daughter Paige Vera Putman; sister Rhaymee Arch; parents James and Wendee Putman; grandparents Billy and TJ Bennett (Poppy & Nonnie), Joe and Carrie Kisner (Pawpaw & Meemaw), James and Jeri Putman (Grandpa & GJ), and Debbie Davis (Grammie). His In-laws who loved him as their own Joe and Penny DiRago, Dalton and Katy DiRago Patterson and their 3 sons Carter, Logan, and Wyatt.
The pallbearers will be Noe G Leyva, Matthew A Cade, Austin Louder, Jesus Mora, Joe Todd, and Paxton Rock. Honorary pallbearers will be Brayden Alaniz, Rena Regalado, Noe Sanchez, and Camden Leach.
The family of Kaydien wishes to extend our sincere thanks for all the calls, texts, food, donations/support, and most of all the prayers during this time.
