Johnny Jones, age 86 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 17, 1939 in Hyden, Kentucky the son of Skelton and Bertha Jones.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister and granddaughter.
Johnny was a loving husband, dad and papaw. He retired from Chrysler after 31 years of dedicated service. Family was most important to him and he loved his "babies" dearly.
Johnny is survived by his wife of 63 years, Linda; sons, Johnny Lee (Gina) Jones, Danny (Teresa) Jones and Ronnie (Corinne) Jones; grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Helen Hill; brother, Conley Jones and numerous other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Johnny's honor.
Private Services were held for the Jones family.
