Virginia Morris Obituary

VIRGINIA MAE MORRIS Virginia Mae Morris, age 71, of Harvard, died Saturday, October 26, 2013, at her home. She was born September 3, 1942, in Stanlay, Wisconsin to Lloyd and Lottie Johnson. Virginia loved reading, cooking and spending time with her family. Virginia is survived by her seven children, Randy Gaut of Harvard, Greg Gaut of Harvard, Debra McConnell of Belvidere, Tim Gaut of Harvard, Brian Gaut of Whitewater, Wisconsin, Valerie Smith of Genoa City, Wisconsin and Julie Morris of Paxton; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, Roy Johnson of Rockford, Ronnie Johnson of Capron and Sonny Johnson of Janesville, Wisconsin; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Laverne Morris, her parents, three brothers, Duane Johnson, Art Johnson, Dean Johnson, one sister, Frances Morris, and one grandchild, Mitchell Standish. A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 504 E. Diggins St., Harvard. A luncheon will follow. Virginia will be laid to rest with her parents in Chemung-Dunham Cemetery at a later date. Sign the guest book at www.NWHerald.com/obits
