Dear Emmajo:
Tom was the most fair human being I have ever met. He was considerate and kind. often under very trying circumstances.
I am blessed to have known him.

Dear Emmajo,
I can tell you that your late husband was an absolute pleasure to know and to work with. I shared a love for the outdoors with him and was assigned to the detective bureau also. Although I worked another squad, I talked with him a lot. He was a "Fire on Wheels" Police Officer and you didn't want to get in his way. I always respected him. He let you know right away where you stood with him. No punches held.
I didn't realize in all the years I knew him that he was a former "101st Airborne". He is truly a Hero to many. I will miss him.

Dear Emmajo: Janet and I send our deepest sympathy. I had the privledge of working under Tom for six years on the Auto Squad until my promotion and enjoyed our relationship at River View Yacht Club. I am sorry I cannot attend the funeral service since we live in Florida. He is in our prayers.

Dear Emmajo and family...Joel and I were saddened to hear about Tom. He was such a great neighbor to us and was always sharing his knowledge along with his vegetables from his garden. I will really miss his visits riding over on his John Deere to say hi. This spring just won't be the same without him..We're going to miss him. I wish everyone could have a neighbor like him.
