I was saddened to hear of Rich's passing. He was truly a friend and a partner. He set the level of integrity that I tried to maintain throughout my career. My heartfelt sorrow to Joe, April, Rich and Ed. I am sure that God will keep Rich in the shadow of His hand for eternity.

Very sad to hear that Mr. Stech has passed on. I always had a great respect for Mr. Stech. He was a Cop in town when I was in High School. He was also my neighbor. I know he's in a better place now.
