Dear Amanda,
You have no idea how heart-sick and sorry we are for you in your loss. Randy had so much energy and love for the Lord that it is hard to imagine such an enthusiastic voice being stilled. Be assured that you are in our prayers as the one who gave you Randy and loves him, continues to care for him and you. I cannot imagine the grief and pain and flood of feelings which you must be experiencing, but neither can I imagine the wonderful healing love and grace that will get you through this anger, hurt and sorrow, until something like "normal" again returns to your life and you continue to serve God in this new phase of life you have been given. If Linda & I did not live so far south, we would have been with you in your grief physically even as we are now in prayer. May you continue to feel that love & grace which is God's eternal gift to you in all situations.
Shalom,
John Billow

Amanda, your friends at Northern Seminary pray for God's promises and peace to comfort you and strengthen you during these days. Randy was a blessing to many, as his testimony to God's saving grace in Jesus Christ was very powerful.
