Patricia Slaboszewski Obituary
Patricia M. Slaboszewski nee Konieczny age 74, of Lockport, formerly of Lemont, passed away October 20, 2015.
Member of SS. Cyril & Methodius Church, the Altar and Rosary Society, and also member of the Lemont Senior Citizens Organization.
Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Slaboszewski (1994); and a sister, Angeline (late Chester 1986) Turczynski (1988).
Survived by her brother, Dennis (Barbara) Konieczny; her nieces and nephews, Bruce (Randa Middleton) Turczynski, Sandra (Clay) Lamb, Jeffrey Konieczny and Scott (Kellee) Konieczny; and her great-nieces and nephews, Jacob and Jamie Lamb and Zachary and Joshua Konieczny.
Funeral services Saturday, October 24, 2015, 9:30 a.m. from Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C. 108 Illinois St., Lemont, to SS. Cyril & Methodius Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment SS. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery. Visitation Friday from 2 until 8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org.
