Mildred Shotola

Born: Nov. 3, 1926

Died: May 1, 2015

Mildred Shotola, 88, passed away peacefully after a short illness at her nursing home, surrounded by friends and family. She was the loving wife of the late Leonard Shotola and leaves her son, Bradley Shotola; sisters, MaryAnn (Glen) Gutwein and Patricia Thorpe; the late Milton Shotola and his life-partner Glenn Scharfenorth.

Mildred and Leonard shared a wonderful life together in Western Springs, Illinois as award-winning hairdressers and long-time proprietors of the Town & Country Beauty Salon. The couple then retired full-time to Naples, Florida in 1990. They participated in local charities and were deeply involved members of the First Presbyterian Church in Bonita Springs, Florida where they are both interred and have entered eternal life together.

Memorial Services shall be held at a later date.
