We are so sad to hear of your loss. Just know we're thinking of you in this difficult time.

Mike was somebody I got to know better later in life, years after high school was over. We connected and would talk for hours in messages or over the phone, he shared a lot with me and I shared a lot with him. I cared for Mike really deeply and am absolutely crushed by the news of his passing. I am so sorry to the Delaney family and all of those affected by this horrible tragedy. Mike was funny, kind, easy-going, giving and honest. He was one of the best players on our hockey team during school and one of the funniest people in class. It pains me that I'll never get to talk to him again. Rest in paradise Mike, gone but absolutely never forgotten.

Michael was my first crush in elementary school. He was a social butterfly and a star athlete growing up. I will never forget watching him play hockey he actually broke the wall slamming into it. Michael always made everyone laugh and loved his family and friends. My deepest condolences to the Delaney family,my heart goes out to you all.

There aren't words, as you know. No comfort can be found at such a time. Pete has great memories of Michael, considered him his best friend when they played hockey together and credits Michael as helping him become a better person.
