I'll always enjoy the memories of sharing grade and high school years with my friend, Mark. Many seasons passed until we connected on Facebook awhile back. I smiled at all your posts, Mark, knowing that you'd developed into such a wonderful and proud father of your boys. You did good! I'll miss your presence on this earth, and hope to someday find you and Gert up yonder! Blessings to your family Sue, Jake, and Patrick!

I feel privileged to have worked with Mark and called him friend. His friendship grew and extended to Sue, Jake, and Pat. Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget. Mark had an unforgettable laugh, zest for the things he was passionate about, and stories he shared that I will always remember. Mark gave his time and talents to our community. It was apparent to anyone who knew him how much he loved his wife and sons. I am grateful that we crossed paths and will miss him dearly.

I feel honored to have gotten to know Mark as a co-worker and a friend. He had a big personality and an even bigger heart. He was full of knowledge and talent that he used to touch so many people's lives at work and within the community volunteering. He will be missed and dearly remembered!

Mark was a faculty member I always enjoyed seeing. When he passed by my office at Aiken Technical College he would stop and tell me funny tales and jokes every time. He made us all laugh and he will be missed!

It was a pleasure to know Mark during his tenure at Aiken Technical College. He was humorous and always brought joy when he entered a room. My prayers are with his family during this time of bereavement.

Sue,
You and the boys are in my thoughts and prayers. I will miss seeing Mark's generous smile and friendly wave as I passed him out on his walks or in line for communion.
