Back in 2014 when Mark unfortunately passed, I wrote "Mark was as quick with a joke as he was quick to give you the shirt off his back if you needed it...a truly kind-hearted man. Love you Mark and the Johnsons. -Andrew"
Mark indeed was funny. But, my take away from Mark's life well-lived is that he really listened to people to understand their needs and took action to help them. What I learned at the celebration of Mark's life, which I suspected all along and also experienced, is Mark did not just help people in his immediate circle, but went above and beyond and helped out whoever he could help-out, regardless of their situation. Thank you Mark, well done and we miss you!
